Stuart initially came to prominence as a founder and MD of one of Scotland's first IT success stories, Panasonic OWL. Office Workstations Limited (OWL) established itself as a leading software developer with the first successful hypertext product for the PC. The company grew from a five-man start-up to a group with sales and marketing subsidiaries in the UK and USA, a staff of 90 and a turnover of £3.5M. Stuart has 30 years experience of software development and company management. He was instrumental in the formation, and is past Chairman, of the Interactive Media Alliance Scotland. Gary McGill has 16 years experience of
software development, the last 7 of which have involved developing systems
for financial services companies such as Franklin Templeton, AEGON and DeutscheBank.
He has been Chief Architect of Factua since development started in 1997
and is a co-founder and director at Electrum. Mark Rogers is a co-founder, director and software engineer at Electrum. He has 17 years of software development and project management on a wide variety of operating systems. Most recently, he managed the successful deployment of Factua into AEGON Asset Management. |
